Description
Dark & Delish is a dark roast coffee blend, carefully crafted and artisan roasted using 100% premium quality Arabica coffee beans, sourced from the South Americas (Colombia and Brazil), as well as from East Africa.
The result is a bold full-bodied coffee for real coffee connoisseurs, with a spicy aroma of cinnamon and distinctive tones of dark chocolate and hazelnuts.
Dark roasted beans are dark brown in colour and could be somewhat shiny in appearance, due to some of its internal oils rising to the surface some time after roasting.
Slight variations in colour between beans within the same bag can occur and this is normal, dependent on slight variations of colour within the batches of green beans used as well as the exact roasting profile of each component of the blend.
Recommended for Espresso machine or Moka pot. Alternatively for plunger or filter machine. Follow the brewing instructions of the machine used.
For the applicable coffee brewing techniques (e.g. filter, drip, plunger and percolator), use 10g to 15g (with 15g being one level scoop) of ground coffee per cup (250ml) of recently boiled water.
Ideal brewing time is 3 to 4 minutes depending on preparation method. Coffee is best served fresh, so preferably do not reheat.
Once opened, reseal your bag using the strip of tape provided. Keep in a cool, dark place. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
