Espresso Blend Coffee. Dark & Delish is a dark roast coffee blend, carefully crafted and artisan roasted using 100% pure Arabica coffee beans sourced from the South Americas (Colombia and Brazil) as well as from East Africa.
The result is a bold full-bodied coffee for real coffee connoisseurs, with a spicy aroma of cinnamon and distinctive tones of dark chocolate and hazelnuts.
Brewing the Perfect Cup!
This espresso blend coffee is recommended for an Espresso machine or Moka pot but is suitable for all coffee brewing techniques.
For e.g. filter, drip, plunger & percolator brewed coffee, use one heaped tablespoon (about 12g) of ground coffee per cup (250ml) of recently boiled water. For stronger coffee, increase this dosage slightly (up to 15g). For weaker coffee, reduce this dosage slightly (down to 10g).
Ideal brewing time is 3 to 4 minutes, depending on the preparation method. Coffee is best served fresh, so preferably do not reheat.
Storage:
This coffee is packaged in a heat-sealed flat bottom foil bag with a one-way release valve (allowing CO2 to escape and preventing oxygen ingress).
All our coffees contain a batch number on its packaging, reflecting the Manufacturing / Roasting date as well as a ‘Best Before’ date.
Once opened, reseal your bag and keep it in a cool, dark place. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
